Applebee Enterprises Inc. was established in 2005 by owner and operator Thomas Applebee.  Tom has over 20 years experience in the building construction industry.  His knowledge exceeds the general construction aspects, with his experience not only working for other building construction companies but becoming a certified building contractor with the State of Florida and owning his first construction company in 1995 in the State of Florida, starting a successful air conditioning business in 1987 in Florida, holding a class B HVAC certification in the State of Florida.
